Pink Bike recently did a writeup and video on the riding in Pisgah National Forest in Brevard, NC. Pisgah is a personal favorite of mine and it really takes the backwoods mountain bike riding theme to another level. They visited some of the hotspots such as Farlow (one of the nastiest, longest rock gardens you will ever ride) and Bennett Gap. My personal favorite has always been Pilot Rock which we affectionally call the “I need a cigarette” ride.
