Ok…I had seen these wheels posted around the net on several blogs and press releases. They are the new Tag TR3 composite wheels. Curiosity got the best of me and I emailed the guys over at Tag for more information. They sent me their new press release with their booth number. Here is what I gather from the press release descriptions.

Yesterday, I had a great conversation with the man himself…Dave Turner. As many of you already know, it is a very exciting time for the guys over at Turner Bikes. They completely redesigned their entire line for 2009 to the DW-Link suspension.

The advice you get from more experienced riders is priceless. Most of the time, you never know what you are really doing wrong without some outside input. Often it is difficult to tell what you are exactly doing on the bike to begin with. If you already knew you were doing it incorrectly, you would have already fixed it.

The Mountain Biking by 198 Flickr group has been created. This is going to be an area where you guys (and me) can upload your riding pictures, bikes, etc. They will show up in the groups page on Flickr, but also on the sidebar of MTB by 198.

She kept it a secret through the entire trip and when they pulled into the Tanasi parking lot, Roger was greeted by around 15 of his cycling friends. What a great way to get acclimated to being home. What I didn’t know ahead of time was this ride was about to turn into a road crit full of top end racers in the woods.

When I began riding, I knew that some days were better rides than others. There were some days that I felt good and the ride just flowed. There were other days that my stomach killed me. I had trouble catching my breath and thinking about hydrating just made me want to hurl.

Take a minute today to remember those that died in the horrific attack on September 11, 2001. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the friends and families that were affected by this tragedy.
