Review: Anti Monkey Butt Powder

2 min read

Anti Monkey Butt PowderTypically…I do not have issues with rear end soreness or redness (feels wrong saying that online). But…with recent weather issues deterring this rider from getting in as much saddle time as normally required for sanity, rear end tenderness has become a slight issue as I am not as “conditioned” as I am during the peak riding months.

Long story short…up until this point, I have never felt the need to use a product like Anti Monkey Butt Powder as it wasn’t really needed. Given the current circumstances…I was ready to try out a product that could aide with issues of the rear end.

The crew over at Anti Monkey Butt was kind enough to send over a review sample for the Bike198 crew to test out, and…I have to say…it has the funniest branding out of any product that has ever come through the door. If you can’t laugh at the bottle and the videos posted below…you just aren’t human.
Monkey Butt took rear end maintenance and created a humorous spin on the whole idea while still providing a solid product to back the hype.

Anti Monkey Butt Powder is specifically formulated to absorb sweat and minimize frictional skin discomfort. help to keep you dry and comfortable. For best results, sprinkle or apply to skin areas prone to tenderness before activities begin…Ideal for butt busting activities such as motorcycling, bicycling…

What else can I really say other than it works?! Monkey Butt keeps your rear end dry and prevents chafing on the trail or road…just as it says…and it’s cheap! (under 5 bones and you are up, running and dry) This isn’t the type of review where I am going to post up pictures of the install or the product in use (I’ll save you that nightmare…you probably want to sleep tonight), so that is all I really have to say about that. It works…you smell good (not the typical baby powder smell) and you aren’t walking blow legged from the trail head after use.

I founded Bike198 back in 2008 and started riding bikes seriously in 1994. A lot has changed since that time and one of the greatest releases is still getting out on the bike and shredding trail or tearing up the road.
